Mid-Century Modern Hotels - DC, San Francisco, Chicago

I have 100's of mid-century vintage motel and hotel postcards to scan and list on eBay.  Couldn't resist adding a few to my store today, and sharing them with you.   This is the Executive Hotel in Washington, D.C.  I love the retro cars featured in the foreground!   Beautiful detail in this retro art work.

This is Villa Roma in San Francisco -- San Francisco's most elegant hotel and cocktail lounge.  Gorgeous mid-century architectural design!

The air-conditioned Sherman, Chicago -- "Chicago's only loop hotel with drive-in garage."   1961 postmark. 

1950's Vintage Modern Bedside Table

I found this cute little vintage bedside table for $5.00 at a yard sale.  It was in need of paint, and my friend (who loves to work with old furniture) kindly volunteered.  He brought it over yesterday and I am delighted with it!
